Description: This course covers the recommended planning and best practices for a more efficient, simpler and quicker ControlSuite product upgrade from either an earlier ControlSuite version or from a pre-ControlSuite component product (legacy product).

Note: If you completed a ControlSuite 1.2 Installer or Tech Support learning path, the "ControlSuite 1.2 Upgrade" module in this learning path is the same and will show completed. Complete the exam to receive certification.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the prerequisite planning steps before upgrading to ControlSuite 1.2
• Determine whether an uninstall of a previous product is required before upgrading to ControlSuite 1.2
• Perform an upgrade of an earlier version of ControlSuite
• Perform an upgrade from a pre-ControlSuite legacy product to ControlSuite 1.2
