This learning path will prepare you to install and configure ControlSuite with Equitrac by covering the capabilities, architecture, installation, initial setup, and workflow configuration.

A ControlSuite Equitrac Installer skill badge is earned by completing the learning path and passing the examination with a score of 85%.

This learning path will prepare you to install and configure ControlSuite with Output Manager by covering the capabilities, architecture, installation, initial setup, and workflow configuration.

A ControlSuite Output Manager Installer skill badge is earned by completing the learning path and passing the examination with a score of 85%.

This learning path will prepare you to confidently install, license, configure, implement, build workflows, and troubleshoot ControlSuite and its component applications of AutoStore (Capture) and Equitrac (Print Management).

Installer | ControlSuite Capture and Equitrac Print Certification is earned by completing the learning path and passing the examination with a score of 85%.

Installer | ControlSuite 1.2 Capture and Output Manager Print Certification is earned by completing the learning path and passing the examination with a score of 85%.

This training component covers the new features, enhancements, implementation, and configuration information for ControlSuite 1.3 core, AutoStore 8.3. Equitrac 6.3, and Output Manager 5.3.

ControlSuite 1.4 delivers changes, enhancements, and new features. This learning path will prepare technical personnel to describe, install, upgrade, and implement new features of ControlSuite 1.4 and its software components. The training also includes a bonus module that covers integrating modern authentication with ControlSuite and AutoStore.

Objectives: Upon completion of the training, you will be able to:

• List and describe the benefits and impact of the new features and changes.
• List technical specification changes and end-of-life features.
• Explain the new Security Framework and deployment options
• Deploy Security Framework to a single server, multi-sever, and ControlSuite upgrade.
• Install and upgrade ControlSuite 1.4.

• Describe and configure modern authentication for AutoStore components and Azure AD as an identity provider.

Skill Exam: 

Upon successful completion of this learning path (and exam), you will be awarded a ControlSuite 1.4 Update Skills Badge validating your knowledge and ability. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass the exam.

Configuration and implementation of AutoStore production-level workflows and advanced document processing capabilities require greater knowledge of components, options, and setup. Upon completion of this learning path, you will be able to apply your knowledge and Kofax resources to build AutoStore workflows with advanced configuration of a variety of commonly used components and how Knowledge Packages are used to extend the capability and processing capacity of AutoStore.

Configuration and implementation of Equitac's billing and charging, document routing, workstation client function, and high availability require greater knowledge of features, components, options, and setup. Upon completion of this learning path, you will be able to apply your knowledge and Kofax resources to configure Equitrac billing and charging to implement a charging strategy, configure and implement routing rules to intercept jobs and automate print management, deploy the Equitrac Workstation Client and configure user interactions, describe the high availability deployment options for Equitrac components.

Configuration and implementation of Output Manager's print management, security, and document processing capabilities require greater knowledge of charging, billing, profiles, and rules options and configuration. Upon completion of this learning path, you will be able to apply your knowledge and Kofax resources to implement print management, account billing, print rules, business rules, and advanced document processing.
