What is the Master Class Series?

The Master Class Series is designed primarily for those who are experienced using the Tungsten Automation products and are looking to sharpen their skills and capabilities even more. These online classes are conducted live and are typically 4 hours per day for 4 or 5 days depending on the product being taught. Master Classes go beyond anything currently being taught and explore the depths of popular Tungsten Automation products. 

Who Should Attend?

Tungsten Automation Customers, Solution Architects, Development leads, Professional Services Consultants with experience delivering the corresponding Tungsten Automation solutions.

Prerequisites

Familiarization with the Tungsten Automation product being taught, in the areas of architecture, environment planning and deployment options\considerations including security, resiliency, scalability and maintenance. Tungsten Automation product certification in the relevant product is strongly suggested.

  • Attendees should be able to understand and speak English at a communicative level

Master Class Offering

TotalAgility Master Class

The TotalAgility Master Class encompasses 5 days of 4 hour online sessions with a live instructor and is also offered in an on-demand format.

Prerequisites for this course 

To make the most of this advanced TotalAgility Master Class, the attendee should have completed and certified on version 7.5 or higher of the Essentials, Cognitive Capture (formerly MCC) and Process Orchestration (formerly SPA) courses.

Course Agenda

Days 1 and 2 of the TotalAgility Master Class will focus on familiarisation, guidance and best practices for planning your platform architecture and will look at components and roles, ports and protocols, hosting options, data security, user authentication, auditing, resiliency, performance, scalability, environment planning, installation and administration.

Days 3, 4 and 5 will be on understanding, guidance and best practices for capture and development and will delve into understanding and aligning project goals, image processing practices, classification, extraction, knowledge bases and online learning, benchmarking, forms best practices, data best practices, process, solution promotion. Process Director Master Class

The Process Director Master Class encompasses 4 days of 4 hour online sessions with a live instructor and is also offered in an on-demand format.

Prerequisites for this course 

To make the most of this advanced Process Director Master Class, the attendee should have worked with the Process Director product for at least one year and be familiar with SAP

Course Agenda

Day 1 of the PDAP Master Class will primarily be related to understanding best practices for planning your platform architecture and will look at components, interfaces and roles.

Day 2 will recall on basic setting and provide guidance and best practices for efficient process organization, including built in validations and workflow support.

Day 3 will discuss EDI integration, accessory processes and daily system maintenance practices.

Day 4 will be on understanding available system enhancements (user exits) and configuration options of web application. Course Details

The RPA Master Class encompasses 4 days of 4 hour online sessions with a live instructor and is also offered in an on-demand format.

Prerequisites for this course

To make the most of this RPA Master Class, the attendee should be familiar with the RPA/Kapow product.
