Description: The focus of this course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of Kofax ReadSoft Process Director WORK CYCLE using SAP. It is intended for WORK CYCLE or workflow end users or anyone who may want to learn how to process vendor invoices through Process Director WORK CYCLE using SAP. Learning is accomplished through presentations and demonstrations.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Start and navigate Process Director WORK CYCLE using SAP
• Understand how and why a WORK CYCLE is received and what to do when you receive one
• Recognize where to find menus and buttons to expedite WORK CYCLE processing
• Know what data is available and where to find it on an invoice document
• Use WORK CYCLE history and status to improve workflow processing
• Explain how to add and view WORK CYCLE notes and attachments
• Identify when and how to create a substitute

Audience: WORK CYCLE or workflow End Users responsible for approving vendor invoices and correcting invoice to PO and/or goods receipt discrepancies using Process Director WORK CYCLE via SAP, or anyone who may want to learn how to process vendor invoices using Process Director WORK CYCLE via SAP

Prerequisites: To maximize the learning experience, it would be beneficial if the student had the following:

• A working understanding of purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP
• A working understanding of your company approval process
