Printix Administrator Customer Technical Training

The Printix Update 2025.3 training is designed to guide IT professionals, administrators, and support teams through the newest features and enhancements in the Printix 2025.3 release. This update-focused training covers technical improvements, compliance-related changes, and workflow enhancements across Printix’s cloud print management platform.

• Prepare for Windows 10 support phase-out and understand the implications of the Microsoft lifecycle policy on Printix.

• Explain ISO 27001 compliance measures within Printix, including data deletion tracking, partner portal updates, and audit readiness.

• Demonstrate compliance with the EU Data Act using the Printix Export Configuration feature to access and export operational data in machine-readable formats.

• Configure metadata fields in capture workflows, including field types, validation, and input at multifunction printer (MFP) devices.

• Integrate metadata and documents using the Capture Connector API, enabling connections to external applications and automation platforms.

• Track and report copy activity on Brother and HP OXPd multifunction devices through Printix Go for accurate accounting and usage reporting.

• Differentiate Printix Go capabilities across supported vendors (e.g., Brother, HP, Lexmark, Canon, Ricoh), focusing on new features introduced in 2025.3.

Learning Prerequisites:  Learners should have experience in performing administrative tasks within Printix and/or should have completed the Printix Administrator Customer training.

In this 40 minute training course, we’ll walk you through the key updates in Printix’s latest 2025.4 release. Whether you're supporting customers, managing configurations, or just keeping up to date, this training will help you understand and apply the new features with confidence.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Configure Capture Data Sovereignty workflows using Azure Storage and Connector SDK destinations.
• Set up VPN-less printing using S3 cloud storage.
• Apply new language support across Printix interfaces (Czech, Slovak, Hungarian).
• Explain and support the billing improvements, including PAX8 API updates.
• Install and configure Printix Go Canon’s unified app and use its updated accounting features.

Learning Prerequisites:  Learners should have experience in performing administrative tasks within Printix and/or should have completed the Printix Administrator Customer training.

Target Audience: This course is intended for individuals responsible for managing and maintaining Printix environments.

Skill Exam: Learners can earn a skill badge by passing the skill exam with a score of 80% or greater.

This training will walk you through the changes introduced in the Printix 2026.3 release. The training covers infrastructure and backend improvement, updates related to Power PDF, and new Printix Go features.
