Course Title: TotalAgility DocAI Solution Developer

Description: 

In this self-paced learning path, you’ll build core DocAI skills from end to end—starting with a high-level platform overview, then creating a solution and document types, configuring AI-powered field extraction, adding workflow steps for review and validation, and finally publishing, running, and managing solutions (import/export, jobs, and dashboard monitoring). The training is estimated to take approximately 2.5 hours when including lab activities, or around 1.5 hours without them.

Objectives: Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to:

• Summarize DocAI core capabilities and the IDP workflow.
• Build a DocAI solution with document types and artifacts.
• Configure extraction fields to capture key document data.
• Add and configure workflow steps to support review, validation, and other human-in-the-loop activities.
• Publish and run a solution, create and manage jobs, and monitor solution performance using platform tools such as the dashboard and import/export utilities.

Audience:  Anyone interested in learning how DocAI is used to create IDP solutions. 

Prerequisites: No prior knowledge of TotalAgility is required

Lab Environment: The lab activities offered with this course require access to DocAI Studio or DocAI through TotalAgility Studio.
