Ephesoft Academy Migration on April 28

The Kofax Learning Cloud is the new home for Ephesoft Academy courses. The Ephesoft Academy is closing on April 28 and being migrated to the Kofax Learning Cloud. Kofax Education Services will automatically migrate existing accounts and course completion data as part of the migration. More information is available HERE.

Printix 2.0 Training

Kofax Education Services released the Printix 2.0 training as an update to the Printix Technical Certification course. Learn about the new capture feature and how to configure it on a support device.

Virtual Machine (VM) Rentals

Spend more time focusing on the training labs vs. configuring your own environment. Rent a preconfigured VM along with your course. We recently automated the purchase-to-provision process and added the VM purchase option to supported courses. Look for the VM rental option in your courses.

TotalAgility Professional Developer Course Updates

Kofax Education Services is pleased to announce we updated the TotalAgility Professional Developer Course with the following:

• Fundamentals training based on TotalAgility version 7.10
• A TotalAgility 7.11 Update training component
• Skill badges for each new training component
• New TotalAgility 7.10 Professional Developer Certification

Learners new to TotalAgility are expected to complete the fundamentals 7.10 training components and then continue to learn what’s new by completing the 7.11 Update training component. Leaners already certified on 7.10 are only expected to complete the 7.11 Update training component.

Each training component includes a skill exam, which awards a digital skill badge upon completion. The following skill exams are available:

• TotalAgility 7.10 Getting Started
• TotalAgility 7.10 Capture Fundamentals Skill
• TotalAgility 7.10 Workflow Fundamentals Skill

Once you complete the 7.10 Fundamental skill exams, you are prepared to take the new Professional Developer certification. Previously, you had to complete both the Fundamentals and Advanced training components to prepare for the certification exam, which awarded a 2-star digital certification badge. Now, you are prepared to take the Professional Developer Certification exam by completing just the fundamentals training components. This time you’re awarded a 1-star digital certification badge. Later, continue to the Advanced training components to earn your 2-star digital certification badge.

Log in to the TotalAgility Professional Developer Course to look at what’s new, start your TotalAgility training, and achieve digital badges and certifications along your training journey.

Where’s my TotalAgility 7.8 Professional Developer Training?

The TotalAgility 7.8 Professional Developer Training hasn’t moved. It’s still available in the TotalAgility Professional Developer Course. Scroll to the bottom of the training components and click the Show archived courses button. The 7.8 training components and your progress will then display.

If you have already started your TotalAgility 7.8 training, we recommend you complete it and then complete the 7.11 Update training component.

Log in to the TotalAgility Professional Developer Course and continue your TotalAgility training journey.

TotalAgility Citizen Developer Course Updates

Note: The Citizen Developer update training and skill exam are a subset of the TotalAgility 7.11 Update training found in the Professional Developer course. Therefore, determine your job role and skill level and choose the appropriate course.

Kofax Education Services is pleased to announce the availability of SignDoc Standard (On-premise) Administrator and SignDoc Standard (On-premise) Implementation Engineer on-demand training courses. Besides covering the on-premise installation process, both courses detail the signing process, certificates, GlobalSign plugin, and configuring logs.

Please note the Virtual Machine (VM) rental time limit has decreased from 40 to 30 hours. The new rental period is 30 hours within 30 days.
