Description: Process Director manages accounts payable automation for SAP. Reduce costs, improve productivity, and eliminate paper invoices from your AP process. This training will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use Process Director Accounts Payable 7.11 within SAP. Participants will learn about the purpose and benefits of the application and will be able to perform basic functions using both the toolbar and keyboard shortcuts. They will also gain an understanding of how to locate documents using search criteria and will learn about the role and purpose of Work Cycle in the Accounts Payable workflow. This introductory course is designed to provide a solid foundation for users who are new to the software or who want to refresh their skills. Upon completing this learning component and passing a skill exam with a score of 80% or higher, users will receive a Process Director Approval Process skill badge indicating their mastery of navigating work cycle, taking action on assigned tasks, and approving, rejecting, and querying.
