Goal: The course is designed for experienced users of Tungsten Capture and Tungsten Transformation who are considering migrating their existing automated document capture workflows to TotalAgility. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of TotalAgility’s capabilities, the benefits of upgrading, and how its capture and document processing features compare to those of Capture and Transformation.

The course will cover key migration topics, including:

• An introduction to TotalAgility and its advantages
• A comparison of capture and document processing capabilities
• Planning and considerations for migrating Capture Batch Classes and Transformation Projects
• Understanding the TotalAgility Converter Utility—its uses and limitations
• Leveraging the Capture Starter Pack in the migration process

By the end of the course, learners will have the foundational knowledge necessary to analyze their current workflows and begin planning a successful migration to TotalAgility.

Note: After the publication of this course, the name of the TotalAgility Converter Utility was changed to Transformation Converter. However, the content of the course remains relevant.
