Abstract: This course provides a thorough and complete understanding of creating and managing content and templates within Kofax Customer Communication Manager. This training covers both the creation and management of dynamic building blocks and the development of master templates with the help of the Master Template Scripting Language. At the conclusion of the course, participants will be given the opportunity to complete an examination.  Successful completion of this exam together with successful completion of the exam for ‘Kofax Customer Communications Manager – Installation’ (TR-7600-1000V) will certify you as a Kofax Customer Communication Manager.

Methodology:

Illustrated lecture and discussion, demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises. Knowledge retention and ability to produce documentation will be measured by a 44 question certification examination.
